Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sangoly Premium is billed through Apple. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sangoly and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I get a refund?

Subscription refunds are handled by Apple, not Sangoly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Sangoly purchase to request a refund directly from Apple.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, then go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can either schedule deletion in 30 days (cancellable until then) or delete immediately. All personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days of deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report abusive content or a user?

Tap the report icon on any room, livestream, message, or profile, or block a user from their profile screen. We review reports and act within 24 hours on serious violations. You can also email support@sangoly.com.

I'm a creator — when do I get paid?

Earnings are calculated daily and paid out monthly between the 1st and 2nd of each month via PayPal. Minimum payout is $10 USD; smaller balances roll over. Make sure your PayPal email is set in Settings → Payment Settings.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and enter the email associated with your account. You'll receive a reset link from Firebase.

I signed in with Apple/Google. How do I sign in on a new device?

Tap Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google on the welcome screen and use the same Apple ID or Google account you used originally. Your account and content will load automatically.
